      Yes, you can cancel anytime through Manage Subscription on the Account page in the app, and you'll retain full access until the end of your billing period.

    • Is my meeting app supported?

      Sales Copilot works with any meeting platform accessible via a browser, including Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams. If your sales calls happen in a browser-based app, Sales Copilot will integrate seamlessly.

    • Can I use Sales Copilot on my mobile device?

      Yes, our platform is mobile-friendly, with the exception of real-time call assistance, which requires a desktop browser.

    • Are AI suggestions always accurate?

      We use Large Language Models developed by leading AI research companies such as OpenAI. Like ChatGPT, AI-generated responses may not always be perfect. While our models are trained to provide relevant sales insights, it’s always best to apply your own judgment. Sales Copilot is designed to assist you during calls, but it should complement—not replace—your expertise and experience.

    • Can my client detect if I’m using Sales Copilot during the call?

      No, unless you share the screen where Sales Copilot is running. If screen sharing is required, consider using Sales Copilot on a separate device instead. Avoid reading AI suggestions verbatim, as this can sound unnatural. Instead, use the insights as a guide to respond smoothly and naturally.
